Welcome to the Egg Harbor Township High School Flag Football Camp! As one of the fastest-growing sports in America, flag football offers an exciting and inclusive way to get active and have fun. Our camp is designed to introduce the essential skills needed to play this incredible game. Participants will learn the fundamentals, including rules, techniques, speed, agility, and game strategy, through engaging drills and scrimmages. By the end of camp, you'll have the confidence, skills, and knowledge to join a local team and enjoy the thrill of flag football!

About the Camp

Fundamentals
Our experienced coaches will guide your child through the fundamentals of flag football, teaching proper techniques in agility, flag grabbing, throwing, catching, and game strategy.
Drills
Through engaging drills and scrimmages, campers will develop their skills while having fun. With a low coach-to-camper ratio, your child will receive plenty of individualized attention to ensure they excel.
Health and Wellness
Additionally, our Health and Wellness coach will introduce campers to the latest insights on fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being, providing a well-rounded experience both on and off the field.
