All programs featured on CMA Camps are independently owned and operated. CMA Camps and Events strictly serves as a marketing, administrative and consultation service for these events.

Michael De Surville

Founder/CEO

Michael de Surville is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of executive expertise in developing and delivering camps, managing acquisitions, implementing effective marketing strategies, and overseeing comprehensive operations programs for high-performing organizations on a national scale.

Following a very successful high school and college athlete playing career, where he was first introduced to the summer camp industry as a staff member and eventually a private instructor, Michael embarked on a three-decade long career in the Sports Camps Consulting, Management and Operations business. During this journey which took him from a Customer Service representative to National Director and Senior Vice President, Michael worked alongside major sporting goods brands, industry leaders, and thousands of College, High School, and Professional Coaches to develop one of the largest networks of sports camps in the world…a network covering over 25 sport categories and total enrollments in the millions.

With a proven track record of success, Michael developed CMA Camps to help translate big-picture visions for camps and events of all shapes and sizes into actionable plans all under one platform.
