- Wash Hands with soap and water before starting and after touching anything yucky (including raw meet, raw eggs and your runny nose).
- Roll up sleeves, tie back hair, tie apron strings
- Keep work surfaces and utensils clean and clear
- Make sure your ingredients are clean and fresh before adding them to your recipe. Use your eyes and nose and check dates on packages.
- Clean and you go, wipe up spills right away and return all of your utensils and ingredients to where you found them when you are finished with them.
- Ask permission to taste. No double-dipping allowed and never taste a recipe that includes raw meet or eggs.
